We created this concept mobile app for a private London Hospital. The brief asked for an app which would speed up the registration process required of patients for every visit. To do this, we included a QR code on the app which they will be able to scan upon arrival. Plus, allowing the patient to update their information before they arrive will also speed things up.
Included in the app is the capability to look at test results, current appointments you may have booked, consultant information, virtual tours, directions, the ability to call the centres directly from the app.
This is an example of a digital product being able to create a more rewarding and efficient customer journey in the physical world; it creates a more intelligent business.
