Pubs and Bars were allowed to reopen on Saturday 4th July, but the Government has still encouraged venues to enforce Social Distancing and retain customer details for contact tracing should it be needed.

That’s why Glimpse Media developed SipApp, an end-to-end service which allows customers to scan a QR code to be redirected to a web-based bar, choose the drinks they want for the round, and pay on their phone. 

The staff will receive real-time updates behind the bar, enabling them to fulfill the order and deliver to the table. This reduces the amount of time bar staff need to spend at the table taking orders and processing payments. 

Customer information is captured through the app, allowing the bar to easily comply with government legislation to enable contact tracing should it be needed.
